Amazon Category approval help!
 

So today i emailed amazon and provided them the invoices and etc. to get approved for Health and Beauty Category,

they later called me and asked me if i can provide a FDA Registration Certificate! and i tried to explain that i am trying to sell product that are made by johnson and johnson and stuff and i dont think FDA will give me a Certificate for this purpose!

Then later they told me if i can take my product to a laboratory and get it tested lmao. and i i provide them the result's they will approve me.

What should i do now?

Something went wrong here. Amazon should not be asking you to take a product to a laboratory for testing if it is a packaged product from Johnson & Johnson.

You might want to send them an email explaining that you are looking to sell a retail product from Johnson & Johnson that has already PASSED whatever legal requirements are necessary to sell the product. Because I am sure that Johnson & Johnson is not selling anything not officially approved and it makes no sense for you to have to get their products tested.

It sounds to me like either you explained it wrong, or their rep misunderstood what you wrote.

Amazon gives you multiple options in terms of proof so that you can sell in the Health and Beauty category.

It all comes down to giving multiple invoices, not just one.

Amazon is a pain when trying to request access in a restricted category. I would ask the case be escalated to a supervisor, sounds like the person helping you is not the brightest bulb....

So i told him like 5 times i wont test it because its not my product etc.

and then he reject my approval, then 2 days later i use the same invoices i had like a few of em and then request for a approval in HBA and they returned to me with bad news telling me this invoice is not approved by amazon.

Then today i got a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoice made and they approved it this guys are unreal i swear!
