Lost a 2 year old account, Paypal Limited: What happened?

I don't understand what happened.
Been selling 2 years and sell the same amount every week. Only 20-25 items a week. ebay send me last month, item listing get increase to 1,000 last month.

Got messages people want to pay, but can't looked at paypal says limited.
My ebay account is fine though, have over 1,000 positive feedback and only 3 negatives from over 6 months ago.

Same time paypal limited sent me an Email. they sent me says nothing but I have 180 days to fund release.

Login to paypal and saw this
http://s1.postimg.org/ut1r813rj/paplconfirm.jpg

"We need a little bit of information about you to help confirm your identity" has bold letter, "Cannot be appealed" Click resolution center there no check list or nothing.

What did I do wrong or am I toasted?

You are going to have to call paypal to find out what you can do if anything.
Wish you luck!

I have others they appear fine, I haven't look at all them yet. So far there good.
I am stealth veteran, ip, address, different camera, even browser foot prints, everything different.

You ever seen a similar message to this? from my above post

Also I had 2 Trademark Violation in feb from ebay. You think this had to do with it? I know you not receive to get 3 in a year right. So I was careful and never sold that item again, even sold in past for year with no problems.

I am about to pass out over this. You know the feeling...

Had the same error message, with "this limitation can not be appealed". Called them, they said they need me to upload my ID once again, and to change my password. Did that, and account got reinstated.

You are going to have to call them and see whats up.
Guess on about an account that can not be appealed against is a waste of time.

Maybe they think your account was hacked. Maybe they just don't like how you operate. You will never know unless you call in.

I also had no any options to upload anything, so I called in, and they said that they need my ID, as "they've lost it somehow". Rep gave me a link to upload docs, I did that, and got reinstated. It was a stealth acc with stealth docs.

Update I didn't call, but got email reply
Saying decision is final and will remain limited,
Said they have right to close if fraud or high risk.

You think it not worth calling no more?
I did increase my items lately this month to 20 items to 35 a week and was making 200 extra a week, why so I can pay the high eBay fees and Make a profit

You think I got flag?

Always worth to call in at this point.
Nothing more to lose on this account.

$200.00 a week is not the issue or 20 or 100 items a week. Maybe the items being uses, inactive numbers, credit cards, etc..
