Process of getting a DBA & EIN and Stealth Paypals

Hi Guys,

just wondering if this is the right steps for getting a DBA and EIN?

1st. Get DBA from my county

2nd. After I get the DBA get my EIN (searching on Google, looks like I apply online here:

Apply for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) Online

3rd. Then go to the bank and open a business account.
4th. Create stealth paypal account

Is this right?

How long do you think it will take to get the DBA and EIN?
