my listings get cancelled yet another seller selling exact same items has been tradi
 

Im really confused and annoyed as to why ebay keep picking on me and cancelling my listings.
im selling a brand name item but the rights owner does not request listing to be cancelled,its ebay who just assume my item is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or counterfeit and cancell the listings.
i relist the item again and listings cancelled then account restricted.
this has happened to me a few times.
i would very much like to know what i am doing wrong or what the other seller is doing right to be able to sell the exact same item.

should i ring ebay and provide them some supplier invoices ?

or am i being targeted as they think im the same seller as banned before ?
or are my listings cancelled because im small fry with 10 listings and the other trader has 800 listings and 10 brand name listings.?

i am using a mobile internet dongle and have been using it for 2 years on 3 stealths which are now banned .could the ip addresses recurring be some how linking my account to previous banned accounts ?

any advice or ideas would be appreciated ?

You should never list branded items on fresh accounts. Develop your account slowly by selling low-risk items at a bargain price, and after 2-3 months you can try to list, say, 1 branded item. Do this simultaneously with several accs and yo y will be able to trade then without limitations.

You must be selling a very highly counterfeited item or high risk item to have them taken down on a 3yr old account.

the item is not highly counterfeited .other sellers managing ok ,its just my accounts that tend to get shafted for some strange reason.

1) What MC did you receive when your account got banned?
2) Were all your account banned the same way? Did it happen on a same day?

It could also be that the other seller has PERMISSION from the VERO member to sell. Some VERO members will give you the OK to sell their products as long as you can show them you have a legitimate source.

I know you said the VERO member was not the one taking down your listings. But the point is, if you have their permission, then eBay is not likely to mess with you.

So, if your items are legitimate, you could email the VERO member to ask for their permission to sell. They will tell you what they require and then you can provide it or not.

Not EVERY VERO member will give permission to sell their items, but many will. And if you can get that, then you are as close as you will ever get to a bulletproof account.

seller probably authorized dealer or proved to ebay at one time they are authorized to sell them and they are legit otherwise it just probably luck if you sell vero items thats just part of the game accounts are eventually going to get shut down

My listings were not removed at the request of the rights owner.
eBay removed them as they suspect they are bootleg or counterfeit .
In this scenario should I try to convince eBay that my merchandise is pucker . If so any suggestions on how to convince eBay to stop messing me around .

So then the question is....are your stuff legit?

Convince? YES....send them proof that your stuff is authentic.
