Hey there.
I have recieved so much help over here, and time has come and few Israeli's PM me with tips for Stealth account for Israelis.

So here it is:
Vcc, Bank account, Phone no.

Vcc - that is the easiest part, Just use EntroPay to connect few VCC to few stealth accounts.
If any problems with them, may happen, Just stealth a entropay account on same way you stealth Eb / PP account, works perfect for me.
For verifing your account, you are able to buy from this forum a VCC for verification.

Bank account- I have worked with 2 israeli banks- Mizrahi and Hapoalim.
In both banks i have asked them to open 5 accounts.
When asked for a reason, told them i am using few Buying and selling platform online, and i need each account for making it in order.
Never had any problems or decline.

Phone no. - do not go to Big phone comp (Orange, Pelephone, celcom etc), Just go to the small shops that usualy only fix phones, and ask them for - Talkman card, Make sure it is fit for your mobile phone.
WILL BE A GOOD IDEA TO ASK NOT FOR FOLLOWING NUMBERS
1 card should cost 50-55 Shekels (17 usd).
They will try to make you buy in for higher price, and top up talking minutes on it, You dont need that, just take the basic one.

Once you have Bank, Vcc, Phone <-- all that connected to your account.\
+ Fresh IP and Fresh user (No cookies) on your PC

Yeap.
Each contry has their own banks, with diffrent Phone companies, with diffrent price for everything.

ItzakJano, your the kind of Member who will go far with Stealth. You did the research, you did your own testing and found what worked. Too many people come here and want the forum to figure out stealth for their Countries which we may not be able too.

Just started to discover this issue with stealth accounts ,
have meanwhile only one account TOP RATED ,
want to extend more.

You can get the tokmen from yad2 or almost any other kiosk for 3-6$.

how do you withdraw to an israeli bank using entropay?

You are able to withdraw the money from entropay to Cards like - Netteler.
But i usualy dont use entropay for withdraw, I just use it to verify CC, and Bank account for withdrawl.

i am looking for a way to withdraw without paying a huge amount of fees, havent found one so far, got my main account using payoneer and that works flawlessly but as they make them using my own id, they use the name from the id so it is a one time thing.

I need more posts to pm But, the bank accounts i presume arent the same name as the paypal account. So how does that work exactly

Payoneer can be also stealth. But the problem the payoneer, not accept transfers from Paypal. I tried today and got message from paypal about that payoneer not accept the paypal transfers.

decided to cancel the payoneer card i made with payoneer inc, made another one through israel post, testing to see if i can withdraw or not

1) In order to open US account,what are u recommend :
- DBA name or some randomly name?

2) How to resolve SSN issue ?

1) Acctually, opening an US account needs - VBA, VCC, Personal information and so on.. Therefore i prefer just buying from here and paying the 200+- usd.
2) Nothing you can do about the SSN.
You are not US citizen, even if you where, you cannot stealth the SSN part.
PayPal asks you to SSN if you get more than 20,000 usd income a year.
You should just be aware to your income and split smartly your income and just escape the need to provide SSN.

1) Israel's PayPal accepting VBA , somebody tried to open stealth with Israel I.P.address ?

2) A lot of offers in forum is NON aged , with 21 days money holding
by PayPal, basa...

Hey there.
1) Not as much as i know.
2) What forum? this?
Cause if so, you can get the users with 21 accounts and just take it slow for the first month till the hold is over.

i'v been searching for an Israeli user guide in this forum.
you answered for few questions that bothered me all day:clap:. Toda Raba!

but still, i would like to make it clearer for me as i am building my FIRST stealth account:confused:
this is my plan, please tell me if i'm wrong in something:
1.UK VPS (need it to run my bots 24/7), Israeli Fresh IP/VPN from 24VC
2.VCC Entropy or IsraelPost debit card.
3.Bank Hapoalim
4.Phone, 50 sehekel talkman simcard from the street
5.Address and naming, totally random.

For Paypal instead of SSN you can use LLC
It's pretty easy to do you just open company in Israel (like בע"מ)
And than apply for the LLC in US that's all
Once you have an LLC you can get TAX ID

Yeah thats correct, Just use in the beggining vcc to confirm the paypal, and once few month passed and the account is healthy, connect it with the bank account,
Otherwise you will just loose bank account for bad created accounts.
