About to re-join eBay as a LLC, need help verifying everything
 

Alright, so I've finally taken the steps necessary to get back on eBay. Here's a short checklist to make sure I haven't missed anything:
- Brand New IP Address
- New Actual Address
- Name will be under by LLC name
- New Phone number
- New Paypal
- New EIN Number, LLC is fully registered
- New Bank Account w/ Debit Card under LLC name

Anything I could be missing? I may have already done it but need to add to list :)

Super nervous and want to make sure everything is done right.

EDIT: One question is what should I use for the DOB? Any DOB?

Do not add any business details too early.

DOB was never an issue for me. However, I always felt I should always make it 40+ years old. I figure somewhere in that eBay algorithm there should be good points for not being 18 years old.
