Can you make multiple etsy shops with the new SSN policy?

Is it possible to have multiple stealth accounts now that etsy is asking for your SSN? Is there anyway to do it? Anyone successful with the current updates?

Don't use etsy but according to this you can use an EIN instead

How would using an ein work? I make one up under my name? Couldn't etsy link my name from my banned account to the new one I would be making with an ein? Thanks for your help!
