Amazon Stealth Account VCC & Bank account questions.

Would like to seek for help!
Just bought the Amazon Ghost 6 hours ago, basically finished reading everything. And here goes my little story:

I'm Amazon FBA seller for 4 months and until recently my account was suspended. So, i'm desperately need a Ghost account and that's the reason I bought this Amazon Ghost ebook.

So here come my questions..

I'm not residing in US, my previous account I setup with my own credit card from Malaysia and my disbursement bank account I'm using Payoneer. For the new stealth account, since I only have one credit card, I think I have to purchase the VCC from one of the seller in this forum.

(1) Can I use the VCC with Malaysia (MY) address? The new stealth account will be registered with MY address.

(2) This maybe a dumb question but I have to ask
- Previously when selling on AMZ, my stock not able to replenish on time, and my PRO account monthly payment is due, so Amazon will just charged under my credit card.
- What if now, since i'm using VCC, and if I have the same scenario again, Amazon would like to charge the PRO monthly fee via my VCC, this gonna be an issue, right? How to get away or resolve this? (I know i have to keep my account with $$, but what if Amazon already disburse to my bank account and left with $0)

(3) For bank account, can Amazon see who is the owner of the account? As what I read from, they can't right? Because I have 2 payoneer accounts, both associated with my name but two different account numbers.

Hi William,

I'm a new seller from MY who just recently suspended too. Did you manage to get yourself selling on Amazon again? Would appreciate your guidance on this.
