Canceled order, Ebay refunded, buyer recieved item though!?
I had a recent transaction that I did not have a good feeling about (0 feedback, odd address, email was out of country). I requested a cancel transaction but buyer never responded so I sent the item.
Item was delivered 4 days ago. I got a message today that that Ebay has refunded the buyer and canceled the transaction. Paypal still shows the funds there but Ebay has the $ sign faded as if it is not paid for? I am confused if they actually refunded the buyer or maybe Paypal doesn't show it yet?
Really don't know how this happened if I uploaded tracking and marked it shipped last week. Thoughts? Do I need to call in to Ebay (hope not!) |
