Getting started...
Hello i wanna get all my materials together before i sit down and start piecing my account together i know that
1. i have to use a new account on my computer
2. purchase a dedicated fresh ip
3. purchase a VCC (i see people offering them as paypal VCC and ebay VCC im not sure which to buy)
4. Purchase a VBA to verify my paypal account
5. get a tracphone
( I already have a family members adress close by who doesnt use ebay or payapl so i have that , also my cousin gave me his old ebay account info its around 2 years old with 2 feedback i havent logged into it yet but i wanna know if i would be able to use this account and just act like a newbie for a while on it then change some info) |
