Paypal and ebay suspension
 

Yesterday I sold an item (ebook) on ebay, and today, I received an email from ebay which said my account has been suspended for suspicious activities, I have 2 questions
1- I made the suspended ebay account with a IP address from Romania, I have another abay account with US IP address, will be the second one suspended, too?
2- Can I link the paypal account which was linked to the suspended ebay account to a new ebay account? Or it will be suspended, too?

1 - it will, if you accessed it from the same user in your computer
2 - no, will be suspended

Selling ebook as a first item is bad idea, as they are usually used to boost feedback rating, so ebay considers them as risky and drops accounts with such behavior automatically.

Muzzie is correct except for 1....it doesn't automatically mean that the second will be suspended but it might go down at any time - I wouldn't rely on it ONLY.

One asset of being a stealther is being organized. If you start mixing stuff up, IPs, accounts etc... you will eventual make mistakes and it will be your doom.

This was your mistake btw.
If you keep selling this stuff you will be in trouble...
