Only certain countries are listed in the ‘countries’ field, if your country is not listed there, you will not be able to open an account online.

I live in Nicaragua and my paypal account is from Nicaragua
we are able to receive money but at the moment of take the money out, They are asking for a US bank account.

Will this work for my account?
so i can take the money out?

Im from india , no problem for me as of now

they will send you a card to your home to use at atm. they havent asked for any ids or as such. Common guys i dont want to teach you all about VPN and stuff :P :P

Just made an application, but it says, that they will need an ID, that is verified by a notary and also a proof of address and so on... If they really send you a debit card, that's great, because if you live in Europe you can attach it in Paypal to withdraw funds, but I don't see how wxactly will you manage your paypal funds with this account.
