Paypal after one sale...

hey i sold one item so far on ebay and it was local pickup for 45$ i didnt think it was bad to sell i received the payment and one day later paypal sent me a email saying they need proof of ID, SSN, adress, cc statement, bank statement and proof of delivery what did i do wrong? also what can i do to fix this

Tracking is certainly the problem.
If you call, odds are you will need to supply proof or residence, Photo ID and add tracking to fix.
