I just want to wish you a good luck on this. Let hope some UK experience seller will help you out but don't expect to much from that account.

With the next account (if you willing to selling again). Don't sale many at first. I used to sale a couple items and stop wait for my first disbursement to see everything is OK (both for bank and amazon). Don't load them all up and then lost them all.

Sorry to hear that and wish you will get your money.

Re: amazon account deleted with 6500 gbp on account .

The issue with selling 6500GBP worth of stuff right before xmas is fishy to amazon, sounds like a scam you are trying to pull off. The only time you do that is when you use FBA so amazon knows your items are actually being shipped and delivered. What makes it even worst is the fact that you chose to manually disburse the money like u in a hurry to receive it.

But like tony said, you have to wait for someone from UK TO CHIME who is familiar with the way amazon uk works. But send off an email to jeff and see if you get a reply. Keep in mind it will probably take some time for an actual response.

Schoolboy error. You should have listened to the disclaimer when buying the account on reading Amazon ghost. You have probably set off every red flag Amazon have for fraud.

If the account has been deleted then the money is gone,

As already discussed on PM multiple times with the OP, account has been deleted. It's deleted to the point that they are stalling with an 'account manager' looking at the account due to the volume of goods sold.

Yes it is £6500 that is stuck. I think the OP may of just edited their post but I did see it earlier.

The clue might be in the thread title.....

Re: amazon account deleted with 6500 gbp on account .

Amazon delete accounts for selling phakes and when someone sells a high amount of usually branded goods on a new seller account. There are other reasons but it's pretty clear where you have gone wrong.

You might get the money back after 90 days but on a deleted account its 50/50 or worse.

Re: amazon account deleted with 6500 gbp on account .

OK, sorry to hear you have lost your account.

You have to send an e mail to sellerperformance@amazon.co.uk and managingdirector@amazon.co.uk. Tell the full factual story, include copies of your invoices to show your purchases are legitimate and request your funds etc and wait for a reply. If no reply within 7 days send the emails on a daily basis.

The chances of getting your funds if you have proper invoices will be 75%, if not you have lost it all.

Why sell so much in December with a new account, don't you read the forums, and why buy an account as this will cause problems as I would assume all the info is false. If amazon know this already your money has gone as amazon class false info as fraud/deception.

Should this thread be in Amazon-X?

Re: amazon account deleted with 6500 gbp on account .

I would send all original invoices + shipping receipts/ tracking information to jeff@amazon.com and the other emails provided in this thread. However, I'm also thinking about the fact that the invoices may not be in the same name of the account holder in which case you may need to state that the invoices are in the name of a supplier (yourself, if the invoices are in your name) and show them an agreement/ invoice from the supplier to the account holder too... That's what I would probably do.

Are deleted accounts eligible for the 90 day disbursement? I was under the impression that Amazon just keeps these funds and that the few who have been able to receive money after deletion are just special cases.

Sweet Jeebus.... You on the eggnog already?

The OP joined in 2014, not 14 days ago.

Bit late to tell him to learn stealth when he already got stung.

looks like they were unable to verify your details rather than the cameras issue - maybe in something the documents you submitted?

Guys are amazon able to verify details using third party external sources such as experian?

Re: amazon account deleted with 6500 gbp on account .

I know that paypal uses experian to do a soft credit check when creating an account and verifying info; when it fails, they ask us to send in documents.

Using a third party like experian or equifax has obvious drawbacks - a person who is new in the country may not have any credit history OR it is also possible that someone who has lived in the country all his/her life may not have a credit file. So I would think that Amazon wouldn't necessarily rely entirely on the credit file to verify accounts. However; if a person doesn't have a credit history and falls into the high risk category (high volume sales, selling top brands, etc), they may delete or suspend the account. That's what I think. Entirely my opinion. Not based on anything I've read. So don't take my word for it.

OP, based on this, I would say that you have a chance of recovering your money but you will have to wait 90 days.
