entropay locks the funds forever

I talked to a guy that using cake entro accs successfully for years.
I understand how the process works from A to Z and I'm not planing to do that i'm just curious about what will happen if Entropay for some reason will decide to review his docs again.
What will happen to the funds inside his account if he will not pass the second doc review? locked forever?
Is that possible that they will review it for the second or the third time?

I talked to a guy that stars in Fantasy Island episodes.

Replies regarding this would more than likely be conjecture.

Few are going to outright admit that type of activity with entropay....

I can tell you, for sure, that entropay keeps funds under some circumstances.

What entropay did was kinda sneaky.

Balance was held in an account.

Balance reduced over a long period by way of fees

If docs are total crap, they will just lock them forever, as per EU laws they need to keep them for 7 years after that (just in case that "stealth" will come to them in person and show them matching docs), and then they are counted as a profit.

Why, may I ask? Financial institution may decide not to return money if it sees serious risks. And by the European legislation, it is just like that about unclaimed funds.

Actually I need to check it deeper, as it is a very interesting question - what happens to the funds, if a e-money non-bank company decides not to return the money.
