Link or not?
Just had a worrying thought.
What would happen if a competitor had an eBay account that was linked to a permanently limited PayPal and he purchased an item from me so had my "not limited PayPal" email address and input it into a listing and then ended it?
Surely that can't create a link and the only way to link would be to add it as a payment method in My Account but that requires logging in to PayPal with an account password.
Would adding a PayPal email that doesn't belong to you to a listing without a transaction occuring be enough to cause a linkage and doom my pristine account?
