Please Help ! PP ask for verify code when send money
 

I'm new in Forum. I have $1k in my stealth PP acc. When I created PP I put the virtual number first but I didn't verify that phone number so after that I added the primary phone number and get verified phone. Now when I need to send money to my real acc PP they ask me to verify code but they just accept the first phone number and I don't have it. What should I do now ? They locked my acc PP and ask for verify identify. If I call them will they ask about SSN or DL for verify ? What will they ask about ? Please help me. I'm stuck with the money. Thank you

So just to be clear - you can't put in a new number that you have access for?

Thanks for your reply. I can't add the second number for receive the code. You can only choose the first number and the problem is I don't keep it. Anyone used to call PP please share for me what will they ask about for verify ?

I'd say chances are high the minimum they're going to ask for is proof of address (such as a utility bill) and a valid ID... at WORST they'll require you to provide a SSN, but you may be able to talk yourself out of a SSN.

Though that's just my here-say thoughts, I've never been through this kind of thing. You're going to have to call though, most likely =/

Did you check if you can add a bank account to your PP still? Maybe you could just get another bank account and get the money that way?

This really is not a good way to cash out

You need to be adding a bank account ideally and withdrawing like normal.
