Pending Paypal Balance Question

I have a low limit ebay/paypal account i use on my phone. It's less than 60 days old so it's still going through the "pending" payments process but every other time i sell something of approximate equal value ~$400 in the same category it immediately makes the funds available to me. Anyone know why / what's going on? Sure wish i could get the other half available immediately too!

Paypals system seems really screwy lately.

I have an account that has holds, but its made the last 10 or so payments available right away.

I dont question it, and just move my money before they change their minds

Is your account newer than 90 days too? or are they putting holds on an account that should be past the hold phase for you?

This account is approximately 43 days old.

Thanks for the info. I wonder if it's because i'm on a cell phone and my IP changes every time i connect, maybe something flagged it or I got connected to a bad one someone previously used or something, don't suppose you're using a cell phone or something that connects with a different IP like hot spots too?
