It's an app you download via the Play store or Apple store.. you can add funds to your account and with the app create virtual cards you can use for anything...

I haven't tried with PayPal/eBay .. but it looks like it would work..

3 year MasterCard is pretty handy as well

My 5 cents:

1) Does not work with Amazon
2) Does not accept any credit cards or debit prepaid cards as a top-up method
3) You can't create many VCC with it. Actually, 1 VCC is created once you register, and then it is replaced by a Plastic card, once the card arrives.
4) It is MasterCard, so no withdrawals possible inside it either
5) no VBA attached

So, Neteller functionality seems much better in terms of flexibility

3 - You can deactivate the VCC and then when you reactivate it you get a new card number
4 - Neteller is also a MasterCard.
5 - No VCC like this will have a VBA

No way to do that once a plastic card is ordered.
Sure, just said that Neteller has more options.
There is Payoneer (partly blocked by PP though) and several similar cards like Monese

I used the card for a while. Then I just tried loading nd I guess they stopped USA access. Support said 2 months ago got discontinued. Sucks I like having cards that I can reload with other cards.

I love my Revolut card and App, changed my life. First £500 i withdraw overseas is free(with rate close to that of Google), after that it's 2pc which is still cheaper than many high Street banks.

Also free POS transactions overseas, I can lock the card by pressing one button. As soon as i spend/withdraw the transactions come up as a push notification.

It makes high street banks look idiotic.

Not a decent long term solution for stealth though

Are you involved in Revolut? Can I link a paypal account (one or more?) to a Revolut debit card? Do you need to have the same name on the card and paypal?

Can I confirm a paypal with a Revolut card?

Revolut has changed their offering a bit now, you can only withdraw £200 per month fee-free. I have successfully used Revolut for Paypal verification, but at £5 per virtual card I doubt it will be first choice in the card arsenal of stealthers

The new player on the block is Mondo, haven't tested though

Do your Revolut and paypal account names have to match to verify and withdraw? They have pooled accounts in Barclays so I would thing so...
