Can someone explain this regarding Paypal...?
 

I was wondering what happens when a Buyer pays at the end of the auction with paypal to an non existing paypal address?

I would of been under the impression it would be showing pending in the buyers account but I have an issue where I set up an auction on a buy it now (which I forgot to change due to a straight relist) and the buyer hit the buy it now and paid straight away but the email address I put in the Paypal payment field during listing has no paypal account attatched to it (the email was a HOTMAIL by the way, Not GMail) - The buyer says she cant reverse it as its showing as "completed", she hasnt got an option to cancel payment :confused:

Is there anything in that email account from paypal? I've done that with a yahoo email account before and paypal sent an email stating I had money waiting.

No sorry, forgot to add that detail too, I checked the email straight away and have been daily but nothing at all! Its strange one dont you think...

I would suggest contacting paypal and see what they can do.
