Is there a preference to submitting info - FAX or UPLOAD?

One of my accounts was limited and theyre now asking for SSN, Invoices, and Supplier information. They ask to either fax it to them or upload images of invoices/supplier information. Is there a way that has a higher success rate or that helps? Or is it all just the same information being moved around?

When they ask for suppliers, which format is best? I have a notepad file with each suppliers contact information in it. Im not sure if they want it like that or if its acceptable. Any information is helpful!

Fax:that way there is no 'link' like happens with uploading. Always send x3 (at least copies)& keep the confirmation. Then paypal can not say they got no paperwork. Provided the notepad shows name, address, contact phone number
should be OK:I prefer to send a letterhead of each supplier.:p
