PayPal Withdraws

Anyone else notice a longer time period now of withdrawing funds from PayPal? Up until about a month ago, if I requested a withdraw on say Monday at 10am, it would go into pending status and then within 24 hours later, Tuesday shortly after 10am the next day it would be moved to the completed status and then Wednesday morning I usually saw the money in my bank account.

Now it's taking much longer. I requested a withdraw on Sunday late morning and as of tonight, Tuesday night, it's still pending and has not been completed.

Last week, I requested a withdraw on Monday early afternoon, I didn't receive the money until today. Now I know yesterday was a holiday, but requested on Monday afternoon which was PayPal mid morning and not see the funds for a week is a bit extreme. The withdraw didn't move into the completed status until Friday morning.

So, anyone else seeing unusual delays to make a withdraw?

I agree. So they are just taking their good old time to process withdraws to allow more time for any possible issues to come up? Not that there will be for me, but I can only see that being the case.

One other thing I've noticed, the last few payments into one of my accounts, each one is reviewed for 24 hours and then finally I get the green light and the funds are moved from pending to available.

For my NEW accounts, I cannot even add a bank to withdraw, spend within ebay, or send to others.

So I will wait till pending is over. .

Random delays - I don't worry about it - money gets to the bank - 1 day or 3 days...as long as it goes through I'm fine with it.

Why are not you not able to add a bank to withdraw? I created a new account about a month ago and I was able to add a bank to withdraw. No issues with verification. I was also able to add a credit card and verify.

What is the pending till it's over?
