Limit the amount of credit card transactions and/or dollar amount you can send to one person?

This evening I tried to send funds using my credit card to another Paypal member. When I went to send funds, it would not let me switch the payment type from my bank to my credit card. Weird. The only option was my bank and my linked cards would not appear. Cards are valid, not expired so I'm good there. I've sent payment to this member before, no issues at all. I know this member is in good standing, no issues, not limited or etc.

Now, if I try to send funds to someone else, I can switch the payment type from my bank to my credit cards. No issues, but the issue only lies with the member above.

Any thoughts?

1. Is your PP fully verified and confirmed?

I have noticed some sort of weekly and monthly limits on repetitive sending to one particular account or a few depending on status of both pp (receiver and sender)

Yes fully verified and confirmed. So is the person I am sending funds to as well.

Interesting. I'm surprised more people have not seen this before from PP.

Looks like I'll need to create another stealth account so I can send funds to the person I need to. Will also require me to request a new credit card number as well as the one I have now is tied to the account that won't let me send funds using it.
