Virtual Office and mail forwarding..
 

Anybody had experience with Virtual Office or mail forwarding..

Im thinking if I set up a virtual office I could perhaps use that address to open an account like Cashplus Prepaid Credit Cards, Prepaid MasterCard & Debit Cards UK using all my real details but this would get me a bank account and card to be used for stealth.

Found an answer to part of my question on google.

Regardless of how a UK bank is to be used i.e. for personal or business reasons, a residential address must be provided. Any attempt to provide a virtual address as your residential address is breaking both the money laundering regulations and open to breach of laws concerning fraud or at least intent. You may however request your bank to keep on record both which they may or may not agree to and would suggest this is very much a specific policy of the bank.

So would still need a bank that is happy to add a second address for card verification purposes.

Why would you need to setup a virtual office and mailforwarding when you could just get the cards sent to your home address? eBay/PayPal cannot see you're home address or name on your bank account so you will be fine opening a bank to your own home address.

That address might be used to register the card as well EbayAmazonBot - perhaps like a stealth address...or return address...just putting info out.
