Amazon Verification team taking its time.
Just after xmas I decided to activate international listings on one of my 10 + month old stealth accounts. Sales were steady but I had forgot to set the bank account for the international sites ie .de, .it , .es ect when I did use the same bank details as the .uk 4 weeks ago I was suspended.
You can no longer sell as a private individual was the message.
I changed to sole trader and was asked for UTR number, I then had to supply document showing UTR number according to emails and notice all was good, my amazon seller account was clear. But the suspension remained in place, after 2 chat room sessions with support 2 weeks later the suspension just got lifted.
I had thought this account was a write off, but this is the second time I have seen an account suspended and then a few weeks later just come back online without any notice from Amazon.
I hate that verification team :) |
