Listing doesn't appear when item location is in China?

Hello, I am trying to list an item that is located in China (I am located in the USA), and I notice that it doesn't show on my eBay page or even in the search listing. When I list an item with the location from USA, it appears instantly. Anyone know why?

This account is a month old, with $400+ in sales and 100% positive feedback on every transaction.

Listings on newer accounts will usually appear on search results and your eBay page within 10-12 hours after you listed it.

Apart from above reasons, sometimes listings don't appear because of your 'item location' in the search pages.
Your default location can be changed when entering any listing and changing your country in 'shipping'.

So your listing may not ship to US and your default shipping location is US, so it doesn't show up.
