VCC for German PayPal

Hello!
I 've got german PayPal account with attached Virtual Bank Acc which I'm gonna use for withdrawal
Is it necessary to attach card to it?
Or it can go smoothly with VBA attached only?
Also a question about phone verification - do I need it or can go smoothly without phone verify?

Hi, welcome to the forum.

Any EU VCC should work but I do not have experience myself.

If you have already attached a bank account and verified PayPal with it I do not think you have to add Another VCC.

A usable phone number would be better if you do not want to end again with money stuck in there...

Easily verify a German PayPal with a VCC

They ask to verify with a bank but not needed.

I would always add a VCC to any account - gives it that extra bit of strength
