Need help to create my first eBay Stealth account.

Hi there,

Recently, I've bought the eBay stealth guide. I want to create my first stealth account. I went to buy an account but as I don't have that much money to invest at the first place, I wanted to try it myself.

But I'm very much disappointed because, On the sales page of eBay stealth guide, It says,

BUT There's NOT MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT THE COUNTRIES OUTSIDE US and UK.

Here's who am I:
1. I'm from a country PayPal doesn't allow to create an account from there.
2. I'm a complete newbie in this DS industry but not a newbie in the internet profession.

Here's all my questions:
1. As I told before, I'm outside of the US/UK, How do I get a Phone Number to Verify?
2. Where do I get real unique address to use in the eBay and PayPal?
3. Can I get the EIN to verify PayPal?
4. Is there anyway to get a US Bank Account for me? Except Payoneer, It caused to get PP limited.
5. It's a personal question, 24vc is too expensive, Can I use AWS's VPS? As it's free for the first year.


Any suggestions, criticism and help are always welcome.

First question is: where you are allowed (your country) to have a paypal and ebay accounts?

Thanks you ilcarletto.

PayPal doesn't allow us (My COUNTRY) to create an account with them. My country is blacklisted by PayPal. Or PayPal still hasn't start doing business with our country.

No More information about it ?? I am facing same issue i am from India
