Buying Stealth Account?
 

Is buying an eBay account from someone on the forum a good idea? I am going to create my first stealth eBay account but don't know whether to create one or just buy one from a seller on here? It seems like there would be less chance of messing up if I buy one but I don't know exactly how it works.

Let me know your opinions and if you have ever bought one and your experience with that or if you sell them I would like to hear from you.

Even if you buy an account you need to make sure you know how to run the account :) That is where reading the forum for a few hours will help along with the stealth guide.

Yeah I have read the forum and have read many posts about stealth so I do understand but I don't know whether its better to buy an account or to create one or the pros and cons.

I haven't yet bought the stealth guide as you now have to subscribe to a monthly payment if you want it which I don't really want to pay.

Buying

Pros
You get higher limits thatn an account you can make yourself most hte time
You get the account seller if there are certain things you don't fully understand
Cons
They can be expensive

Making an account yourself

Pros
You fully understand the account when making it yourself. You know all its ins and outs.
Cons
You would generally have to start with 10 items a month selling limits.

There are I am sure a lot more pros and cons but they are the ones that jump to my mind. Both have their advantages and disadvantage. Really its down to you at the end of the day :)

There is definitely enough info in the free part of the forum for you to be able to make your own stealths and gain the knowledge to run them well.

It all boils down to how much time you want to invest in the project. I am a firm believer you get rewarded if you put in the effort. I also strongly believe that making stealth accounts and nursing them through infancy yourself will give you a far superior knowledge to someone who just buys one off the shelf, and that could prove to be vital one day.

It is not compulsory to buy the guide or an account, I and many others here have done neither. It is however a choice that only you can make.:uk:

I think I will just try and make an account myself today, hopefully I can get it up and running successfully.

My advice for the newbie - dont buy accounts. get your hands dirty and make an account from scratch, so you value it, and know the ins and outs of how to maintain/sustain it.

Then, and only then, buy accounts if you wish. I assume people who tend to buy are those who are too busy to build, which makes sense. Let the creators create, and sellers do the selling. Win-win.

Hmm I haven't seen a monthly payment subscription forced now - is this true?
