Buying a ready made Stealth sellers account question
 

I am planning on buying a stealth seller account here from aspkin. I have an account already in my name that is legit and clean.

These stealth accounts have limits already removed and are verified and confirmed etc. Once I have the account and start selling after a period of time taking it slow how likely is it that ebay or paypal ask for documents, be it ID, address, or anything else if there are no issues with accounts?

Documents can be requested at any time on any account, stealth or real info.

But more likely to be requested if you are selling high risk items, high value items or doing any dodgy activity.

ok. Obviously I have to change details that come with bought stealth account. Should this be done after a period of time or activity?
What sort of documents could be requested? Drivers licence? Bills? Also do they want photocopies, scans, originals?

I want to make sure I can fulfil these requirements before jumping in.

Changing serials is never really a great idea.

It would really be best to ask who ever you buy the account from as they will know their own accounts better than anyone else and be able to advise you in a lot more detail

Why are you so determined to change the details on an account you purchase???

I've told you twice via PM not to do it and you still seem to think it's a good idea. Once again, other than the passwords, do NOT try to change names or addresses - there is NO need and will only put your accounts at risk.

If you have an address you have access to and want to use that to receive deliveries or returns then add it as a delivery / return address only. Do this without changing the registered address.

I'd strongly recommend you re-read the stealth guide as your understanding of the processes involved in operating stealth accounts is way off the mark.

That was posted before pms. I now understand about not changing addresses, names. I never said it was a good idea! I needed clarification, especially on BOUGHT stealth accounts.

I have read the guide but of course have questions not covered in guide before purchase which is why I am here lol. The guide says don't make any major changes before 30 days of purchase. I am fine using the same details. I wasn't sure if I needed to add my own in case ebay ask for documents from me. That isn't covered in the guide...

Anyways thanks for the tips, I think we eventually got there and solved questions, thanks for patience, I'm still learning the ins and outs of ebay stealth and takes time for all information to get absorbed into ones brain!!

This forum is full of great advice rafoman, there is also the search box near the top of this page which will also provide answers to your questions and that many people seem to forget about or don't use it properly and then end up back here saying they cannot find the answers they need.

Another point to make not only can documents be requested once but can be requested as many times as they require them.
