Credit Cards and PP
 

So what is the problem now with PP and credit cards? I have a couple of stealth accounts with my credit cards attached to them. If I go to send funds and I do not have any funds in my PP account at the time, PP gives me the error that they cannot send funds at that time and to try again later. However, if I already have funds in my account when I need to send a payment or funds, PP will let me do it.

Problem unless you have funds already in your account to send payments, PP will not let you use a credit card even if it's attached and verified to the account.

Any idea how long you have to wait for them to allow you to use credit cards to send funds or payment? I'm over a month old now on two accounts, no go.

A month in age is not much - not for paypal.
Especially if you show no activity on the account
Dont think anyone can give you a concrete answer as to the specific amount of time because there are other variables involve that we are probably not aware of but I can say Ive had accounts unable to send payment that were more than 3 months old.

Accounts have activity of money coming and going. An average of 2-3 transactions a month. That being some payments outside of eBay and some are transactions related to eBay. So a mix of both.

Yeah I get that too, even when the card is verified

Yeah all my accounts have the card verified. It will be interesting to see how long this takes before I can actually use a credit card to make or send a payment.

I get why PP is doing it, but this has to be pissing a lot of people off and forcing them to find alternative payment solutions.
