is name visible on credit card payment too?

So if you use a real bank account to pay, it will show paypal the name on the bank account.

But if you use a real debit / credit card to pay, will it also give paypal your real name? I understand it only checks the zip code, but can someone go see the real name like when a bank account is used?

If so, would adding authorized users help protect your real name?

They cant see names for when using card payment.

They can see names if you transfer from bank to paypal.

Not sure if they can see names if you use bank as a funding source. Maybe someone can clarify.

Any movement of funds from a bank account to Paypal will show the name on the account.

When you purchase an item and select bank account as the funding source, this results in funds moving from your bank account to Paypal.
