| jazzel70 | 05-08-2016 07:20 AM | listing items question Hi everyone,
I just created my first stealth account and I am planning to start listing my first items.
I am going to start listing 2 items and my question is: Can I list the item and put the quantity as more than one for that item? or should I just leave the quantity of the item as 1 for both of the listed products? and then once they are sold relist the same items again next week but with more quantity ? I have loooot of those items that I am planning to sell on ebay.
Thanks a lot in advance! |
| jazzel70 | 05-08-2016 07:22 AM | Re: listing items question In the guide it says to increase my listings weekly but I don't if that meant that I could relist the same products over and over again with more quantity each time. Can i do it like that? |
Re: listing items question IMO- I would list 1 at a time, especially on very new accounts.
Put yourself in the shoes of a new seller, they are unlikely to start selling large QTY of items on their first sale... I always stick to 1 at a time. |
| JamesNorth101 | 05-08-2016 08:29 AM | Re: listing items question I always start with 2/3 auctions myself at first and avoid the BIN for the first month
No harm in listing BIN, but auctions nearly always guarantee a solid sale for the first few items so long at the pricing is correct. |

Avoid risky items. |

Examples would be ADIDAS, Nike, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, Channel
The list goes on and on |
| jazzel70 | 05-17-2016 11:44 AM | Re: listing items question I am only selling items that I have Private labelled for now. I have now added 1 more unit in the quantity field for both of the listings that I have listed last week. One of the items is sold out and for the other one I have 1 left. Do I add more to the sold out one (I have a lot more left by the way)? or should I wait to next week to add more ? |

So the item thats gone to 0, I would put that up to 1 again, until it sells.
Once feedback rolls in, and I get a star by my feedback, then I would consider adding more items/quantity. |

or if the item came in different colours for example, you could apply variations to the listing - then modify quantity manually as they sell. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 12:10 AM. | |
