MC011, Possible linkage. Need advice
 

Hey! Long time reader and lurker here. I need to get some advanced opinions. I got MC011 on two accounts simultaneously, probably linkage. Both accounts operate in the same office and IP but from Different PCs, user accounts - both accounts of real and valid persons with different real addresses and etc.
I have to provide gov IDs, recent credit card statement consistent with eBay account (can provide both) and "Documentation (including manufacturer's invoices or receipts) that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay.all items.
I cannot provide my current supplier invoices because they will not suffice. What can I do here? Do ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices pass well? If they do, where do I get myself one?



Case is the following:
Account 1 - 5+ years old, powerseller acc with over 2000 positive feedbacks 100% - used to sell branded items. Hasn't sold them from over an year. At the time of restriction I had 2 low-risk used items for sale.

Account 2 - Around an year old, XXX positive feedbacks 100% - That has been, until the restriction, selling the same brand's items and models but with new photos, descriptions, different contrasts, place, metadata striped.
Acc2 recently had a case that probably caused this.


Questions:
- Account 1 - can it be that eBay might go with the documents for the taken down (low-risk items)? Or will they go back an year from now?

- If both accounts pass the test, somehow, if one of them gets restricted and banned again - does that mean both will be suspended?

Modified invoices are going to give yo a 50/50 shot but with anything, there is no guarantee anyone can give you. Your either going to have to make the new invoices yourself or hire someone.

Honestly, only EBay really knows but it is possible it's due to the items that were taken down.

A bit hard to give a 100% answer to your questions, honestly anything can happen.

@ghackett5 - My bigger account is reinstated. It basically mostly depends on the person on the other side, I believe. After sending some invoices, I first received a message that info is inaccurate and also required invoices for most of the brands I sold, including the VERO one.
Second time I believe I got lucky with the customer representative as my invoices passed and they did not include any VERO brand invoice (most of my items were sold under this brand)

The other account I will not sell on anymore. Only VERO sold there so no point.
