When reporting items doesnt get an auction pulled
 

A specific seller I know needs to have their auctions pulled. I dont need their account banned or anything drastic like that. But just a couple of their auctions pulled with a violation. Its a pre 11/07 account so their ability to list a lot is there and being used.

This isnt a competitor or anything like that.

Their items have been reported to ebay but nothings happened. Even talked to livehelp which didnt do much.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Once ebay itself doesnt do anything, i believe there's nothing left.. you can try using stealth accounts and reporting the item but im definite that will cause trouble for your accounts (all in same area reporting same item)..

i guess all you can do is sit back and hope more people report the seller...

I have had some buyers cause me irritation or downright try and scam it, I want to wipe out them and their whole extended family..

You are not party to all the information. No malicious act here.

So was anyone successful in getting the auction(s) pulled?

The eBay member in question currently has nothing listed for sale.
