What documents do I need to open a Canadian PayPal?

One of my best friends who live in Canada gave me permission to use his identity to open a Canadian PayPal account. One of the first obvious things I need is a dedicated fresh I.P address Canadian VPN, but what else do I need?

Documents I have currently have:

- Canadian Passport

- I will call PayPal and add my U.S. Bank Account, so I have bank statements

- Canadian Utility Bill

What else will I need? I want to prepare for the worst that could happen. But here are some issues which I don't know how will I solve them.

- I don't have a Canadian phone number. What do I do about this?

Dont use someones identity.

You need the same exact things in Canada as the USA.

Name, address, email, Same country telephone number, same country IP, VCC, Bank account. New user account on your PC or VM etc....

I totally agree. A Stealth account has all the benefits as what you're thinking of doing, but with none of the (permanent, far reaching, messy) downside. Don't do it, it's not the shortcut it sounds like.
