Trying something risky but we'll see.
 

SO I have this Paypal account created in 07 which has been just hanging around.

May or may not have been accessed from my present IP which has 3 ebay accts. susp.


The Paypal account never linked to Feebay.

I am in the process of verifying and confirming the PP acct with new bank new cc and upgrading it to bus acct. with debit card.

Same name and address as susp. ebay account as well as my other paypal account.

I know its risky and I am really just wasting the account to see what happens.

I am taking all precautions.
