Verifiying EU Paypal with VBA

I want to verify my Paypal Acc not with my real bank ac...i read in the stealth guide that its optional to do that with a VBA...what is with EU countries like Germany ? Someone experiences ?

Thought about an option to buy an "item" from a friend`s ebay acc?!:rolleyes: Should work, shouldnt it ?

OR...can i verify and then remove that bank account ?so use my real bank just for verifying and then deleting it ?

It interests me whether Paypal would give my personal information like Name,Address and BANK account to a 3rd Person if i e.g. dont paying tax and sell "just" as a private seller e.g. or in other cases...
the Bank Account would be the only thing that show up my "real person" if someone would prove who is really "getting the money"...thats the point
