With regards to spreadsheet for IP logging, I store it on a Dropbox account (FREE for up to 2GB storage), with the admin account. That ensures I never lose this spreadsheet, ever.
Then I put a shortcut of the spreadsheet on each user account when I make it.
Then I put the spreadsheet within the startup folder.
For windows 7, just click run, then type "shell : startup" (no spaces) ,whatever files go into this folder load automatically when you login. That reminds me to log the IPs.
My spreadsheet is ultra simple. Highlight all cells, conditional formatting, duplicate=red, unique=green, and make sure to never use the same IP, thats usually the simplest way forward.
This part is important, when you copy and paste IPs to log onto spreadsheet, make sure it doesn't contain any blank spaces before or after the IP, as EXCEL will pick that up as a unique IP, even if it happens to be a duplicate.
If you want, you could get VPNs for each account, but for 83 accounts, it could prove costly, hence why I vary the method out, some accounts of mine are on VPNs, others on MIFI, others on WIFI...
Auto relist - Get something like inkfrog to do it for you.
Shipment - Get a shipping management software to pull orders from all accounts, ready to print onto labels.
Questions- Just add all email accounts into thunderbird, and reply from within. For how to respond to email whilst on the move, read my thread here -

That would mean no need to login to these accounts daily and risk IP from being logged. You could save a few hours as well. Hope that helps :)
