What bank account can i use for activation Paypal account outside Us. Payneer is okay. Other options?

A lot of EU countries you would be able to use a VCC or Giftcard to VERIFY the PayPal account - Italy being one of them.

OP Are you looking for a something to verify the account or a real bank account to withdraw to?

Are you looking to open a US based paypal account or a paypal account that is absed in a different country altogether?

If you are making Hungarian accounts then best to use a Hungarian bank. I believe bank is the only withdrawal option there

I like how this thread is covering all the platforms since OP did not specify.

Last I heard, Payoneer was giving problems for paypal - anyone have new successful news?

Payoneer is a dead road ! at least from my LONG experience with them. but other options exist!

Usa bank acc. of Payoneer still doesn't work rsot i just tried bank still disappear after confirmation sent.
