How to get drop down menu on eBay for multiple items

Hello. I was inquiring if anyone knew how to get the drop down menu for items that are the same but are different sizes, colors, etc. I don't want to create a new title for each.

Is it done on eBay when posting items or from some third party like Auctiva? Any info would be appreciated.

It's called creating a multi variation listing.

When you are listing an item using the 'advanced tool', there should be an option to say create variation.

You'll beed to fiddle about with the options to get the hang of it the first time round, but its as simple as that.

P.S. It works seamlessly if you are trying to list an item from scratch. If you go into an active listing and click sell similar to try and do it, it will tell you to start from scratch.
A workaround to the latter is to leave the page, go to the sell a new item page, where you will have a list of draft unfinished listings you we're about to submit, click the most recent, and you'll be able to add variations to it now.

For what it's worth, you aren't able to do multi-variation listings on new USA stealth accounts. Ebay will tell you they need to verify your identity first.

This identity info request seems to go away once a positive track record has been established though. After about 6 months of selling I was able to do a multi-variation listing without Ebay requesting info about me.

@phaz0rz That is very interesting. FYI, UK seems to work fine, although I wouldn't start a brand new account and the first item listed is a MVL, that would imply you've been around. But once an account matures, it's a neat way to keep everything into one listing.

Category may be why.

I have some that wont allow it and some that make you wait 90 days.
