Stealth may be coming to an end?
 

Starting to see these messages pop up more and more: "We’re sorry.
Based on the information you provided, we can’t offer a PayPal Payments Standard account."

Not sure whats going on, but I am not the only member on here getting it.

Maybe something is wrong with the info you are entering.

Are you talking about information that you use to create the account? names and addresses? after entering in the contact information when creating the account is this when you receive this message from PayPal saying they cannot offer payments services???

Once I enter all account info. As of right now, it's only coming up after making business accounts. Another member I've been speaking too is saying he is getting daily. Ive only gotten it once or twice.

But one or two people out of thousands is not a very good measure.

As far as I am aware, this is the first post ever about this on a forum who makes thousands of stealth accounts weekly if not daily.

You are number 2 who has reported this ever in history as far as I am aware.

Lay out your exact process of making accounts and maybe we have a solution. Without knowing what you two are doing it is impossible to be able to help.

I haven't personally seen this myself.. screenshot and exact methods to create your account would be helpful. What do you do for personal account information? IP? VCC?

I love these posts, we get them all the time. My methods are rocks solid, but I'm having problems with, 1,2,3,4 etc etc....

Sometimes you just need to ease the ego and admit to yourself that they are NOT rock solid anymore....

If you are only getting this when setting up a business account, create the account as a personal one and then upgrade it.

Several people have asked to see this screenshot yet OP and the other guy who claims to have suffered from this issue both ignore the request.
Difficult to assist when youre not even trying to assist yourself...

Guys you don't understand. Stealth is obviously dead because these two people are having problems. We should just pack up everything and say it was a good run while it lasted.
