Any stealth friendly bank account works, mismatching names don't matter for the vast majority of banks in most countries.

What country is your PayPal? It is possible to withdraw to credit card (physical or virtual) in some countries.

As @RR2 mentioned, you should specify the country where you are planing to create the stealth account. It makes a whole big difference!

and CC withdrawal is a good alternative to Bank accounts, if you are not able to get an account easily !

A bank account is the simplest and easiest way. Any complicated methods that avoid the use of a bank account are usually kept a secret to prevent it from being abused.

i will use USA paypal account.
currently I am in USA, but I don't have option sign up for bank account

It looks like you're in the US.. what's wrong with opening a US bank account to attach to your US PayPal account?

because I have problems with migration services

traveling a lot, but working mostly in US. I'm from Germany and I need US stealth account

Bank = simple / free
Other methods = more complicated / usually require some $ spending

Not sure why I keep seeing these paypal transfer methods. A bank account transfer is the only method I use. Why would you do anything else? Simple, easy, free.

The OP can't open a US Bank Account due to some Immigration issues, unfortunately for US, you need a US Bank.....that being said, someone from another Country mentioned that Payoneer works if you "add it as Bank of America", don't take my word for it....I don't know if it's true but that's what was said.

Only way to open a bank account is to open an account at a bank...no other way. sell you one? You came to the wrong forum....

Some ways I've spent oddly accumulated funds:

Printable event tickets! Ever want to go to a basketball game with court-side seats? Now is your chance to show your girlfriend you're a baller!

Egift cards. They're sold on ebay by the official paypal_gifts account.

Services. Need home repairs done? Ask your local handyman if they accept paypal!

Take out loans from friends. Pay them back with paypal! Oh it's not from my name? I'm using my german business partner's account!

With proper ID and address, there should be banks you can visit in person to open accounts...
