How to pay with PayPal without registering on PayPal

I've created a new VCC (not linked to ebay or paypal) that I want to pay a friend but i don't want to open a paypal account for this VCC?

I've tried the friends/family link but thats asking me to login or register, is there a method where I can use this new created VCC and send paypal but without having to open or register this card on paypal, so like one off payment

Have your friend send you a payment request and then pay it as guest

You don't have to sign up this way

Some people have tried to use Square, but that often gets shut down quickly.
