Changes to eBay User Agreement
 

Hi guys,

We should all have received the message concerning new eBay User Agreement changes.

Key Updates, as stated in the message, are:
1. Using eBay - Clarified language around the use of eBay and users' intellectual property.
2. Content - How eBay can use your listing and other content. Clarified responsibility eBay has for the accuracy of the listings.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties; Legal Disputes; General: Minor changes to these sections.

The reason for this thread is for us to create a discussion on whether or not anything regarding the process of eBay stealth selling and Trademark policies and violations might change for us with these new rules.

Stealth methods pretty much stay the same no matter what new policies they bring in

If they brought in anything that would effect stealth (like fingerprint browser linking) then they are unlikely to make an announcement.

Its the silent chances that are the issue generally! :)
