Anyone know if there is website selling usps tracking numbers to be used for paypal appeals.

Yes i need anywhere that can send empty letters with tracking number. So it will show up on usps records.. Actually i also need 2 tracking number 1 month old but i think impossible to find. If anyone here have one it could be perfect

Why not just send you actual item with tracking? Seems a bit weird to send an empty item somewhere with tracking

I am already sending, but from a country where paypal dont have , so whenever i add this they dont appeal limitations i experienced before many times. It pulls attention and risky

You won't find one. They can see if the item on the tracking number was delivered to the address on the PP account or Eby account's ship-to address or not- at least the zipcode for sure. It's not that you just need a tracking number, you need one that shows an item delivered to the customer's zipcode (if not their address) and one that shows this impossible feat AFTER they sent you payment. Nearly impossible to find, if not impossible. Also, anyone else with a tracking number that can go back in their records (supposing it was to the same location you're trying to get one for) likely shipped there after a PP payment, and if you reuse a PP related tracking #, that's going to come up in their system as well. I suggest you don't keep relying on or exploring this as a solution and think of something else. Knowing how the tracking numbers work in the US (as I live here) I'm telling you this is a dead end, and anyone from the US will agree this isn't a solution.

Sorry, there's no such website or way someone is going to get you a tracking number the way you want it. Send your stuff with a tracking.

Unlike you I fight my disputes instead of letting the scammers get away with the shiit, you go ahead and keep accepting the returns and giving refunds foolish one.

Any countries with access to the global postal system can ship trackable pages, and this includes Turkey's PTT. If you enter the tracking number on USPS' website, the buyer and paypal can track any packages coming into the country regardless of the source, as long as the postal service is used.

I think the OP is getting INR and not using tracking, and now wants to get hold of some tracking for the appeal.

is OP telling paypal and customers that they ship from turkey to US or from US to US?

Turkey regular post or even with ones with a lite form of tracking that are affordable, probably does not show up addresses online. OP would need to opt for really higher priced couriers, which is not going to happen cost/profit wise....

if Op is not using tracking, then they need to build the INR issues in to their price strategy and write it off...

and also even a non-scammer will see a non tracked item turn up and take the opportunity to make a claim, especially if the auction says a tracked method, they may think you deserve it.....it has annoyed me when I get late or not correct country post arrive, when I wanted to only buy from domestic etc.....
