For anyone using dial-up...

I wanted to know if anyone is having difficulty getting the "Second Chance offers" and "Leave feedback" pages to load completely as a BUYER...?

Any experience is welcomed.

I am wondering if it's related to the dial-up length of data transmission or if my old computer's browsers are out-dated....

What browser do you have? I'd honestly say it's possibly a combination of both

I think I fixed the issue - updated Mozilla Firefox via LAN then using it for dial-up...seems ok now
