New Stealth Biz PayPal - No 21 Day Hold & Immediate Withdrawals
 

How's this happened then? Sheer luck, or perhaps a subtle difference in my registration technique? The account is a brand new business account and payments are immediately coming available for withdrawal and withdrawals are instant (~2 hour).

I wasn't aware this was even a possibility. Have I won the lottery, and should I expect the limitation hammer promptly? Or should I review my processes in creating the account and see if I can spot any reason why I've managed to bypass this?

A glitch - nothing more.
Those 21 day holds can (and probably will) come back at any point.

Yep as Slokor said, likely a glitch, well done but be prepared in case of holds in the future

It happens now and then in the UK. 1 in maybe 10 accounts

The holds can come on though at any point so be careful
