Paypal limited they are asking for supplier invoice
 

Hello everyone,

I have started selling on ebay.co.uk recently.
I have made a sale but after receiving payment from the buyer for some reasons i had to cancell the transaction and refund him.
Paypal decided to limit my account and request that i provide them a supplier invoice.
I was planning to provide them a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ document but the problem is my ebay is from UK, my paypal from usa and the item is located in France.
I dont know which country the supplier invoice should be ?

I faced the same invoice problem few weeks ago. same as you i have paypal and ebay in two different countries.

i submitted the supplier invoice from my eBay registered country. and yeah my invoice Accepted and Problem Solved.

I need invoices but do not have them. What do I do? 4 items of same sku. And 1 separate sku. I'm a power seller with normal account with my info and my real business info. Sold some items that trigger a MEDIUM hold. eBay is fine. Holding all my funds right now. It's a lot. Please help me satisfy this requirement. They need supplier info, invoices, tracking info on other items (did not ship out because they held funds.) Due to ship now. All high ticket but my account is very high limit and has been selling high volume but the type of products I recently sold I have no receipt for. Not stolen either.

do you have the items on hand?or are you waiting to buy them with buyer money?
if you do not ship,the money will continue being held and your buyer will file INR. and get his money back.

If you want a good way of getting solid invoices, buy the products from legit distributors and then you'll have yourself invoice templates.
