Trademark suspensions?
 

After how many do they close down the account is it after 2 or 3? I had 2 already, one this week and one last week. I can still list just can't use the keywords.

But does it go away after 30 days or 90 days from the account? Like if I have a 3rd one in a few months is it okay or they lock you out?

There is no way to answer this since there is no definitive answer. It depends entirely on how much revenue an account generates for eBay. If you have problems with lots of your orders and eBay is always having to step in and help, you can get permanently restricted after your first violation. But if you have a good account which pays eBay thousands per month in selling fees, you can potentially get a dozen violations in a week without any impact to your account status.

The 30/90 day thing you mentioned is irrelevant. What matters is the amount of sales you process between violations. One of my accounts had like 15 trademark violations in 2016 and it's still selling today. PM me if you want a screenshot showing the emails lol.

Assuming you have a relatively low-volume account (<$20k/month), you're on very shaky ground with your 2 recent violations. You really need to shift whatever items are getting you these violations to another account so you don't risk more violations on this account. One more and you could be done - but again that's not set in stone. Depends on your account.

I am in the same boat always worried about getting pulled down! I got a 7 day thing where I can not list anything for 7 days!! But I am just waiting longer hoping that helps. I am 7,700 over 60 days and a other account have 16,500 in sales over 60 days but I am always worried. Is there anyone offering a service to call in for you etc that knows what to say etc..

Hi friend. Your question is very complicated, the domain of trademarks is very large and has a lot of elements. When I have troubles with questions like this, I am using vakilsearch.com , these guys are giving free piece of legal advice. I have already asked them for help few times, and they were always answering me. You can try it, maybe it will help.

check your "account status" it will say " if we were to evaluate you today" i had about 7 last month but never had any 30-90 days so i didnt bother checking the status of the account because my fees were just short of 1k, then without any warning they hit me 1 week after my last infringement, and when i spoke to them they said to go and sell on other platforms, funny thing is my PP account is still live and active, anyone want to enlighten me on this for future reference?
